Analyzing data thoroughly/effectively and willingess to be open and share data with PLC members for the benefit of improving student outcomes for all students. I would recommend a suggested data evaluation protocol for PLCs that may not know how to evaluate multi-standard assessments effectively to decide action steps. I would also suggest a collaboration protocol for PLCs to develop and maintain openness in sharing data with each other. For example, if we find on a multi-standard assessment my students missed the mark on a specific standard but another member of the PLC did well on that standard, it would make an excellent discussion point on how the content was approached, strategies that were used and how I can improve.
