Generally your explanation of diagrams was satisfactory though could be much better if you tighten up on the theory. Your solution was affected by your failure to explain the elasticities you have chosen, since these will affect the outcomes of those solutions. Claspp required

1st of all, I like the beginning :)
It gets attention from the reader immediately. Maybe explain demerit good and inefficiency. Diagrams are also very good and very clear. I'd probably write Price 1 instead of P1 and optimal Quantity instead of Q* in the explanation so that it makes more sense to the reader.
