Need more time working on indivdiual skills as well as individual programs

Capstone guidance is so much better than last year. The resources are relevant and beneficial. My main concern with IF is that we have 30 + students failing multiple classes, but we have no time to address those issues with our students, whether it be missing work or tutoring on targeted skills. I struggle to engage those students in Capstone when I know they are failing.
