The rules used to help the country are EQUALITY, FAIR between every people in that country.

The rules call Children's right and Children's rules. It's about the children in Vietnam under the age of 16 are children and they have many difference rules to be safe and free for them.(They will also safe under the rules if the adults are attack them)
2.So WHO MAKE THE RULES?
The GOVERNMENT will make the rules but at Vietnam excerpt the government the rules also have some or many opinion from the COMMUNITIES too.
3.Do you know any RULES IN VIETNAM or in YOUR LIVING PLACE?
My living place is Binh Duong so it have the rules too. In Binh Duong rules we have:
Children protection laws
Property laws
Education laws
and many you can find it on internet.
Not only some small place you also can find the Vietnamese rules there on internet.
4.What happen if we BREAK rules in your country?
If you brake the rules it's will depends on the severity of the law you break. If it just a little crime your money will be confiscated or some of your degrees will be confiscated depending on the law you break. And if it is a big crime you will lock up in the prison or property confiscation or many money.
5.Who decides what happen to you if you break a rules?
Is (your) THE LAWYER. Lawyer will try to help you out of the trouble about laws that you are in but if the law you have committed is so severe that a lawyer can no longer save you, you will be dealt with according to the law.
