They were warriors  and farmers and they used weapons and tools. They had fair red hair and blue eyes. The Celtic Language is still present in Ireland in Wales and in the Highlands of Scotland.</p>]]></description>

They introduced new developments in agriculture, urbanization, industry, architecture and in language too, leaving a Latin legacy that is still evident in modern English. The Roman built roads, forts and founded several towns like London (Londinium). The emperor Hadrian built a wall  (begun on AD 122 and known as HADRIAN’S WALL) </p>]]></description>

They came from Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.They pushed the Britons towards Wales, Cornwall, Scotland and Ireland, where  Celtic language are still spoken today.The  Anglo-Saxon settled England and they became predominant. The name England itself means “The land of the Angels“.</p>]]></description>
