During Wilson's administration it was the most active and issued nearly 400 orders telling companies to stop breaking the law.          <title>Federal Reserve System</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It was difficult for people far from banking centers to obtain credit so Wilson brought into place the Federal Reserve System. It solved this problem by dividing the country into 12 districts, each with a federal reserve bank. This system controlled the money supply and made cedit more easily available. This is one of Wilson's longest lasting reform.</div>]]></description>

He had also promised to speak out against mob killings of African Americans (lynching). He also appointed segregationists to his cabinet. <br>He didn't do much in regards to civil rights like the previous two Presidents before him.</div>]]></description>
