One way I can implement win-win discipline in my classroom is by having restarts in the middle of lessons where students are distracted. Another way to implement win-win discipline in my classroom is my validating the student's position when they are exhibiting disruptive behavior.

Using silly games might help students process information and bring down their effective filter to participate in class learning. Silly games will also create classroom community with play.

By having them share their learning in teams or pairs . By making sure the teams are set up appropriately to they could receive team support also. And also giving the kids positive feed back and having them feel we have compassion for them and we care. Making them feel special and are needed in our classroom.
