Sharing your thoughts as a mentor on what can be done to help mentee.<br><br></div><div>2. Observation and feedback skills. Observe the verbal and non-verbal aspects of mentee's area of development. Give timely and constructive feedback to help mentee improve/develop.<br><br></div><div>3. Relationship. Build a professional relationship where there is trust and confidentiality. Mentee will feel comfortable to explore, make mistakes, learn and develop.</div>]]></description>

As a mentor, he/she needs to be patient, understand the real problem and explain the details to him/her.<br><br></div><div>2. Empathy - a mentor has to empathise others when he/she has problems/challenges. After empathy, then only can provide assistance<br><br></div><div>3. Willing to share - A mentor should not be someone who is selfish. He/she is willing to share the things he/she knows</div>]]></description>
