The aspects that I think are very important are: to encourage empathy, think about others; the way through which to achieve these goals is the dialogue and debate. Another key issue is the resolution of conflicts in the classroom. In this regard I must point out an important conference that will address these issues and to which I will attend on March 4: "Litigare bene. Un metodo per aiutare gli alunni a gestire i litigi" (Know how to arguing well. One method to help pupils to manage their quarrels)

Talk about cultural diversity in schools is very important, there are many students from all over the world with different stories, with different cultures, they are very valuable to us. I believe that they are teaching us a lot to broaden our horizons. Teach students to accept cultural diversity in the classroom is to train tomorrow's citizens without any prejudice.

In my school teachers work involving all classes and all children, since many years we approach to inclusive education through projects and theater and music workshops. Pupils sing or recite all together, we do theater with all classes and each student has a role, this makes all the same kids, everyone can express themselves through their preferred language: singing, acting, dancing, mimicry.
