Did you know the cost of making a penny costs more than it's worth? The cost of making a penny is 2 cents and it's worth 1 cent. Did you also know that America might stop making pennies because of the cost? In my opinion I think we shouldn't get rid of pennies because prices of clothes , toys and cloths will go up. another reason is we shouldn't stop making pennies is what would they do with the penny drives. My last reason is homeless people depend on penny's so that would just make them more poor than they are now.

Did you know that many people want to get rid of the penny? If, the Government were to stop making pennies many people fear they may have to pay more for their everyday items. With this in mind can you imagine a penniless world? Would it be better or worse? I think that the world would have a lot more issues because there are a lot of poor people who may save up pennies so they can afford food and clothing. With all of this analyzed information you can see that we should keep pennies.

Is it worth to keeping the penny? Well if the nickel will kept, so should the penny. Since each coin cost the double of what they cost. Resulting in the nickel being a greater loss than the penny. Although it only works if you look at at each coin alone, but if there both are brought to five cents they cost 10 cents to make. Which leads me to believe that we should get rid of the penny.

One example is that "charities that depend on penny drives would not be able to raise as much money" without penny's. Another example is that getting rid of penny's would put us in greater use of nickles wich they cost way more than a penny to make.
