I was already looking forward to my new classmates since it was already a new, refreshing start for me after three years with the same JHS classmates, which went well. I expected me to lose even if I did my best, because I figured that I still had a lot to learn and everyone had way more experience than me. I was really happy as GD got the position though, given that he’s very cool and consistent with stuff. I regret nothing from signing up, asking for recommendations, making a presentation with platforms, and even being unsuccessful with all of it.  An election has always been about giving the fighting chance to see who’s most fit anyway.

The issue though, was I actually submitted but it was suddenly absent in the page. The best thing I had to do to survive though was to move on.

I wanted to join BTTA ever since I found out it existed at Grade 9, and even with the fact that the online setting was very disadvantageous and I should’ve been a better org member, it was a great experience in total. Everything was more and better than I expected even with the limitations at hand. APCO was also fun to join, as I knew nothing about the world of broadcasting, and the journey to learn was fun too.

It didn’t feel rewarding not being able to help enough in the class project.

It was difficult balancing them but if I were to move on to college after one more year, I needed to push on.
