         <description><![CDATA[<div>TSM models and develops all teacher capabilities:<br>Inquiry: teachers have used inquiry to plan, design and apply the learning engagement<br>Conceptual Understanding: They planned for a creative and flexible engagement, it is around concepts and related concepts, develops the conceptual understandings of the students who made connections.<br>Local and global contexts: the construction of the central ideas have meaning and is relevant to the students. It allows for thinking about local and global contexts, it reflects who the students are and engages them in a meaningful way. <br>Effective teamwork and collaboration: students are asked to work collaboratively and support each others'ideas. They were developing their learning in a collaborative way as a learning community. <br>No barriers to learning: The students are encouraged to critically think, innovate and creatively. Students feel safe and are responsible for their own learning. <br>Informed by assessment: assessment is used to inform the students learning as they write the success criteria for the central ideas. They have reflected on their work and modified it as well as received feedback.  </div>]]></description>
