I looked this up because I live in the county and I don’t really come downtown often. Every time I see the city the roads are always messed up and it doesn’t looked very cared for and it’s the complete opposite in the county. I always wanted to know why. I chose bar graphs and Baltimore websites from people who lived in the county or city, talking about the different way they live.

I searched for "Issues with Juries", "Are Juries always correct", and "How often do juries get it wrong".
3. As results were sent back to me, I noticed that there was a dichotomy in the sources. Formal reports by Universities and law journals that kept a neutral stance and nonprofits that examined individual cases where the rights of a citizen were violated. I branched my searches towards the nonprofits leading these cases, as their research was more relevant to my idea.

https://disinformation-nation.org/combat-propaganda/

This source is great because it quickly dives into three simple strategies to combat disinformation. Those three strategies include doing a gut check and harnessing the power of doubt, not inviting propaganda in, and finding your five. The first strategy goes into noticing how you react to content. Ask yourself is this the whole story? Do the facts support the claims? If you don't have solid answers, don't rely on the source. The second strategy dives into how propaganda finds you and offers advice on how to not get tracked. (avoid liking/disliking videos and logging out of platforms) Lastly, the third strategy goes into exploring different sources and constantly checking those to see the world in all its complexity.

It also takes a closer look into the school system and how important it is for students and teachers to give out correct and only helpful information. It tells us how schools should come together as a small team and have people who are specifically made to analyze information and media and see if it’s accurate or not. It shows insight on how information can not always be accurate and we need to slow down and read the information in front of us to see because accurate information is important for schools and for ourselves

Justice Rowlette

The Council of Europe is the leading resource for human rights, democracy, and current rule of law across Europe. They cover a broad spectrum of news across the entire continent and work to give reliable information while combatting the misinformation constantly being spread. This source provides definitions of misinformation, disinformation, and even mal-information which I was not previously aware of, which is true knowledge spread to start harm. It gives a clear list of steps and criteria to combat all three. Most notably the restructuring of the school system.

https://rsf.org/en/country/singapore
We are currently living at the age of Disinformation and Propaganda around the world. This might also be close tight to Psychological Warfare, which is dangerous. Especially there are people out there like other foregin entities, or governments using Psychological Warfare to declare war on people's emotions and feelings are being manipulated and controlled. The Singaporean government have proposed for the government to battle such thing disinformation and propaganda. Prime Minister Lee who has ruled Singapore since it's Independence in 1965, had proposed that a regulatory arsenal that allows the government to directly appoint members of the boards and the editors of the leading media outlets, which are required to enforce the government line. The authorities have the power to decide, arbitrarily, whether or not a foreign media outlet's publications or broadcasts are permitted in the city- state. But I think people who are less informed are more vulnerable than those who are more informed and the government. - John Dingzon.
