- The introductory story will win your audience and will melt the heart of even most critical listener :-) 
- You used a few expressions that people beyond the natural sciences field might have difficulties to understand (like immuno assey (?), specificity vs. sensitivity) but apart from those, your langugage is great!

- Good pictures and other visual elements.
- Tables were informative and clear. Arrows helped to navigate.
- Good titles.

I especially liked the many ways you use your hands: to gesture to your slides, to signpost and to compare concepts etc. 
You move quite a lot while presenting, which might sometimes be a little distracting, but in your case moving feels really natural and helpful for the listener.
