Where is you studying now ? How is your school ? I have some good news. This time I’m writing to tell you about my university
I am studying mechanical engineering at Hanoi University of Industry. The course lasts 4 years. Is it full-time course. After I graduate, I will receive a bachelor's degree. That would be great. Facilities at Hanoi University of Industry are very good, fully meeting the needs of students. My favorite subject is Engineering Drawing, it helps me unleash my creativity with machines. I really enjoyed the study environment at the university. I hope everything goes well.
Best Wishers,

Truong Trung Duc.

Make a short video (1-3 minutes) to talk about your study at university.

Hi, I’m an inspector of the quality inspection office in Yamaha company. A few days ago, i received your technical product and design drawing. During the inspection, i found some design mistakes. In the design drawing, the shaft length is 50mm with tolerance plus minus 0.25mm, so its maximum length is 50.25mm. Next, the diameter of the shaft in the drawing is 6.01mm plus minus 0.004mm, so the minimum diameter of the shaft is 6.006mm. Finally, the hole depth of the shaft varies between 9.75mm and 10.25 mm. But the actual length, actual diameter and actual hole depth of the shaft are 50.40mm, 6.015mm and 10.12mm respectively. Only the hole depth meets the tolerance requirement of the drawing. What a pity! Your product is rejected. I hope you can produce better products

According to the diagram, engineering materials are divided into 2 categories: metals and non-metals. There are two types of metals, ferrous and non-ferrous. Ferrous metals are strong and ductile. Due to the iron in the composition, this metal is prone to rust. Some examples of ferrous metals are cast iron and steel. Non-ferrous metals are light in weight, low in melting point, wear-resistant and stainless. Non-ferrous metals include copper, aluminum, and bronze.

: Design your own robot. Describe your robot, including:

- its name

- its main parts

- its functions

- its benefits

Hello, I’m Duc. I am an engineer at AI company. My company is developing a new multipurpose robot called retake13 . It’s shaped rather like a human. The robot is made of plastic so it only weighs 23 kg and the height is 1.5 m. Blue has three main components a humanlike body, a processor and sensors. First, its body has two legs and two arms with joints, knees and wrists which can make the robot move more flexibly and similarly to human, so it can hold things like people. Next, the sensors are installed on the other components to get information. Then, the information from the sensors is used to navigate pathways for the robot or to do something. The processor, the most important part of the robot, is Saitama’s brain. It is used for receiving information from sensors and controlling its body. It is powered by a 53.8 voltage battery and controlled by voice commands. The robot has the ability to do housework, talk with people and controlling all electronic in the house. It only costs 25 millions VND, which is reasonable for Vietnamese people to afford. I like it because it is very useful in modern life. I believe retake 13 will be popular in the future. And we will make it populary

an experience when you had
I’m an engineer working at Truong Hai company. Today, I will report you about my design process, the problems that happened during the process and the solutions. I have worked for milling machine design and during this time I also have developed the preliminary designs, the sketches and the feasibility. At present, I’m in the stage of assemble detailed design. However, I have some problems. Firstly, there is a discrepancy between drawing 76E and 78E, which indicates conflicting dimensions for the width of the bandsaw blade. My team and I will have solution for this problem. The correct dimension is on drawing 76E, so I should disregard the dims of drawing 78E. Secondly, I’ve got a feedling that the drawing we have on site isn’t the latest one, and solution is to reviese the drawing to check the size again. I think I should revise all drawings to make sure that there is no problem existed. In the future, we will verify the drawing size so that there are no errors during the construction process. Don’t worry! The project will be finished soon. And I will try my best to make the project going well.

a problem with a machine that you worked with.

I’m a second-year student at HaUi and my major is mechanical engineering of mechanical faculty. Engineers in my major can choose to be either a design engineer or a manufacturing engineer and I feel that I am very suitable for the profession of manufacturing engineer after graduating from university. At work I have to participate in reviewing blueprints, evaluating materials and making the right calculations to create an assembly. This job requires requirements such as understanding of design drawings, creativity, especially foreign language knowledge because those are the factors that help me work with foreigners. Currently I am still studying, my characteristics are not suitable for this job. But I will try to improve myself in the next 2 years to keep up with this work. And after all, I wish my dreams could come true.
