Hi, my name is Thomas Simon, I'm 30 years old, I'm a Marketing Manager working at https://www.monitask.com/en/. I have a brother, mom and dad. However, I live in a separate house with my girlfriend.

Monitask's most well-known feature is the time tracker. I will show you how to make use of a time tracker in order to calculate the costs of work, what else it can do, and whether time tracking is required in your workplace.

What are the reasons I should have an automated time-tracking system? To assess the duration and cost of a job using a time-tracking system, it is required. The company's pricing should be clear to the client; use reports of time spent in retrospectives; understand how much your team is loaded and the speed of each employee. Then, you can plan your projects for the next amount of time and based on the amount of time it will take to complete the task. Make use of the system for setting goals and targets. Timekeeping is used to forecast how long it will take to finish a job.

Time reports are utilized for cycles of analysis on retrospectives. The timekeeping software is actively employed by the department of finance: they check against a frequency chart the way employees contribute their time. We were required to remind employees who forgot to turn the timers on at the beginning and ending of the day in the initial phase of implementation. Finance department: They study time reports of clients and projects. The finance department will then determine the margins on projects and clients using this data. The finance department also decides how efficient teams and individual employees are.

Employees input their time into the task manager. By "marking" tasks you will be able to see precisely how much time was spent on the project, change the tasks or add new ones.

In a business that has several projects in operation simultaneously it is vital to gather data on various parameters: the amount of time spent on the project, the amount of tasks completed successfully in addition to the actual and planned budgets.

For companies that pay hourly or per hour, a "by individuals" report may be an alternative. Employees can choose to either manually complete the report or create a timer for the job.
