I today I start my work at new office, do a bit set up for my desk. At the same time, today got a new internship student. I explain new intern student step by step

There is a few steps and application to reply every customer message. Customer might order through whatsapp, messenger and direct message. I have to memorise all product detail. Here is the steps in replying basic question from customer who does not know anything about the product.

1) Asking about customer skin types.

2) Suggested the right and suitable product for customer and followed by testimonial and feedback in terms to convince the customer.

3) Show some loves and cares about customer problem.

4) Give more detail about the product

5) If customer agreed to buy

- Give the payment detail and ask for shipping detail.

If customer did not agreed to buy

- Save the database for future follow up.

There is a few ways to make it easier in tracking the customer which is save customer phone number with code.

1) Call Poslaju to confirm pickup time and quantity.

2) Fill in customer order form using the customer database and shipping details.

3) Print the consignment note from the printer.

4) Tear off the copy of the consignment note for future use and checklist.

5) Pack parcel using the details provided in the consignment note.

Usually they will pick up the item before 5 pm.
