Creative Commons and OER are ways to make learning stuff more accessible to everyone. Creative Commons lets people share their work with rules about how others can use it, like giving credit or not using it to make money. OER are free resources like textbooks, videos, or worksheets that anyone can use, change, and share. The point of both is to make learning easier and more fair, especially for people who can’t afford expensive materials. I think it's really important they exist because they help more people get a good education no matter where they’re from or how much money they have.

Creative Commons are licenses a creator can put on their work in order to show what people can do with it without having to go ask which is time consuming and can be stressful for the creator. This is important because not only is it way easier for people to just check what type of license it has it doesn’t have to worry the creator at all.
