Another way I have been an Active learner is at work. I work at a daycare teaching three-year-olds and it is sometimes difficult to see what way is best to teach a room full of fifteen three-year-olds. In my Physics lab class, the teacher went over the power point and as I was a little confused, we were able to do an activity that visually showed us what the teacher was explaining in the lecture. This helped me to fully understand what was being taught and apply it by doing it hands on. This helps us all to be able to put our input on what we think the correct steps are and in class we are able to all understand better.
