As well as In some children, poor diet may be associated with: behavioural problems. sleep issues. problems with emotional and psychological development. Also it can cause delayed development in young children; risk of chronic illnesses like asthma and anemia; and behavioural problems like hyperactivity, anxiety and aggression in school-age children. As well as there are also other effects like obesity, depression, tooth decay, constipation, less energy, poor academics, poor growth and sleep disturbances.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ways to encourage children into healthy eating is by doing reward charts and that is when you show children a chart of food and every time they eat a food on the chart they will get prized by the family or staff and get rewards such as sweets, toys and extra playtime and etc.&nbsp;<br><br>Another way to encourage children to healthy eating is by gentle encouragement such as “mummy/daddy is going to eat all your food- it’s so yummy” this will make them eat the food as the children will see that the adults like the food and they will copy the adults as a role model.<br><br>Another way to encourage children into healthy eating is by glamorising the food such as making a rainbow on their plate and making different colourful shapes and make different images and this will make the children eat it as it is colourful and look delicious to eat as it is appealing for them.<br><br>Also making themes on healthy is eating is also a good way because you can see their liking and you can make with them such as ported and treasure island theme or making fairies, animals, cartoons, people this will make them feel better about healthy eating as it is appealing for them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Here I used 2 different pieces of foods, apples and bananas. I then put the pieces together to create a smiley face :)! The apples help children as it supports fighting colds, lowers inflammation and prevents the child from serious heart disease conditions. Along with the bananas which are great for children as well as it energises the body and contains essential nutrients like folate, vitamin B6, vitamin C and potassium which all together support the nervous system.</p>]]></description>
