  • Event Management

Experience
Work experience can be gained through starting as a volunteer scout or an assistant for a record label or artist management company, and then working the way up. Many agencies offer work placements, and these are a good way of building experience and contacts in the industry.

Qualities 
Hard work, determination and sheer enthusiasm for the music industry are all that matters. Already having contacts in the industry can be advantageous, for example, experience of being a musician or in a band.
