Could be either <em>quantitative or qualitative</em>, both types of research are usually used in documentaries.</div><div><br><strong>Newspapers </strong>- Could be used to see opinions on current events if the newspapers are new. If they are old newspapers, they could be used to see a primary source’s thoughts on an event and their research from that time. Again, this source could either be <em>qualitative or quantitative</em>. Both types of research are carried out by newspapers.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The use of social media</strong> - Allows companies to see if people are talking about their game, eg: popular tags on twitter, trending topics on facebook. Also allows people to see individuals opinions on a topic in their game.</div><div>Real world example - </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Steamcharts </strong>- Good way for companies to see how many players bought the game at launch, how many stopped playing, after how long, etc. </div><div>Real world example - Valve uses player charts to see when they need to release an update to keep their players interested in the game (spending money in the game).</div>]]></description>
