1. You did a crazy amount of work last year. Pandemic only made you spread out your arms than constrict yourself. Look at August alone - you did LC, sourcing, campaigns social media calendar, managed SS vertical and Mumbai
2. It is okay to take it slow now. Give yourself a breather. It is okay to not be perfect all the time.
3. Continue learning. From the people in MAD - volunteer and FTE alike - like you always do. Continuously reach out and don't stop
4. Trust yourself a bit more and be yourself a lot more.
5. Keep aiming for the sky. Keep those visions coming. Don't let the ground stop you from flying.

Yash, I'm aware of all the sleepless nights you spent to make succession planning work through the pandemic and 2019, how you kept working with each day ending in tears.
I am proud on how you held the fort for months after just moving to a new team with no one to mentor you, how you managed to survive the year with endless lows every week, every alignment.

I would want mad to say that he's proud of me, how my life took a completely different turn once I got into mad and how hard it was for me to socialize with all the other masters when I started.
I want mad to acknowledge all the hard work, all the sleepless nights, all the day long running from building to building, authorities to authorities to make sure MAD stays strong and still running in my city.
I want mad to appreciate the way I have been struggling with lucknow and putting all that I have.
I have been very sacred if ever all the thiny would go back to the way it was in MAD, I want mad to tell me that it'll all be fine.

Ashna, I have seen you put in a lot of effort and give your best in everything you do and I am proud of you for doing that each single time you are involved in something right from a vertical call to prepping for a meeting to prepping for an org meeting. That is precious and keep that going. The fact that you want to ensure everything you do is done in the best possible way is very inspiring. That zeal is so good to see. Pause and think about where you were a year ago and where you are now and just acknowledge how you have grown in the past one year.

Thank you Siddharth for holding the fort when things were getting broken. I have seen the times when you had to make compromises, and you had to push yourself in bringing things to normal. But know, all this while, I felt grateful to have you by my side. I knew that if you are standing there, things will be alright. All the disorders will find it's balance. You powered through in flying colors and held fort for me when I was in need of a few to think about my day to day working and operations. You were dutiful and responsible. Thank you for persevering, being resilient and hardworking. Thank you for accommodating me though you went through a lot because of me when you just started your journey with me with a lot of uncertainties and distractions. I know you are in the journey of moving away from validations, but know that you played a crucial role in my journey in my last two years and you are awesome! ❤️

I felt close to you when the only time you cried your eyes out last year was when I was going through crisis. I feel appreciated when you built ever lasting relationships through me and I felt proud when you kept going untiringly and still doing that. Thank you.

I am glad you are here. No, there was no mistake. I know you are here because you care and I care about you too. Take it slow, learn because I know you have it in you to do what needs to be done. I see you. I see your efforts. It’s ok to have some fun and not be so serious. You connected with me, felt safe and comfortable. The space that I provided gave you comfort. Hope you can connect and trust in others too. Believe that they see you try.
