Like for example, in See-Saw Girl The main character Jade wants freedom i found this in the book when Parks explains, " She could just make out the mountain peaks beyond the Outer Court walls." (Parks,1999). This shows how curios jade is and how much she wants freedom. In When my name was Keoko, one of the main characters was Sun-hee was experiencing unfairness, this is shown when park wrote, "I wasn't supposed to listen to the men's business, but I couldn't help it."
 In The Kite fighters the character young-sup was being treated unfairly and it is shown when park writes, " Borrow your brothers reel my son, he should be spending more times on his studies anyway."

In ancient Korea people lived in little huts and now people have heated floors. In the Korean culture nothing stops their traditions, not even time. They take a lot of pride in their traditions especially their respect for their family. Dialogue. she used the technique of dialogue in many of her books like When my name was keoko, for example park wrote "' Tae-yul ,  sun-hee, you know that the kim clan is a large and important one.'" In Kite Fighters she says " Do you have a way to make new year come more quickly?'No but I do have a way for people to buy more kites.
2. She uses tone in all of her books. The tone that she uses in The Kite Fighters  is exciting and happy. The author states that "I will never bow down to you." IN see saw girl she states "she could not cry." from a single shard she states that "He wanted min to stop talking."the author states in keoko "It was partly out of greed."
3. She shows relieving actions through her books.For example In When My Name Was  Keoko, Park showed this girl that was supposed to stay out of the boys business turn into a courageous young women, and in see-saw girl  a similar thing happened where a young girl who is supposed to stay in, goes out with bravery and stand in the end happy.
Lastly in The kite fighters Park shows revealing actions when she writes, " yes there is one thing, to begin with.
