Have annual comprehensive drug knowledge and calculation exams at the start of the year starting P2 year. Students are given exam materials at the end of the previous year and have all summer to study. If they pass the exam, no further action needed. If they do not pass the exam, they will need to do a "remediation" with weekly quizzes during the semester (similar to ETSU remediation strategy)

Keep circling back to the NAPLEX. Every class. Every opportunity. Keep reminding the students what's awaiting them. Give examples. Emphasize relevance. Push back against the "pump and dump" mentality. Keep the NAPLEX front-and-center in the students' thoughts by reminding them about it every single class.

Create map of the curriculum to see what is being taught where currently - and how much time/depth is being covered.
