My name is Katerina Atmatzidou. I'm a 
mathematician. I teach for 16 years in a public school 60 km far away 
from Athens, the capital of Greece, and 10 km far away from Chalkida, a  seaside town. My students are 
15-19 years old. I loooooove   teaching Maths. Maths can be everywhere!  I loved the idea of this Math investigation project.
Last year I established the first MathLaboratory in our area called: 
"Dare to dream and think "POSSITIVELY". 
It is amazing for me and for my students feel the benefits of collaboration.  And please, let me wish for all of us:

Some of them had the permission of their parents so in some activities or videos we were  allowed to use videos and photos of students.
But still  the director asked us not to use photos or other specific informations to present students.
Here are the nicknames we use in eTwinning to take part in the project in the twinspace.
Actually know about each other during the collaboration in on line events, using Skype, writing in padlets or in linoit.
Our team was so big and we were all inspired by  our teachers' enthousiasm, that we really did much more than what  we had schedule at the first time with our italian partners!
We had an excellent collaboration. We were divided in teams.
Working in teams helped us to know each other. We used the gmail of the project to send our suggetion or our matterials or the questions or the responces to the quetions of our partners.
So our teacher could have the responsibility to check our files before they be uploaded!
Our main concern was to create a site  That helped us to learn how to designe our personal site!. That is why we  didn't used twinspace. We found the wix site so intresting and we were alll so engaged to produce new pages.
We worked in teams so you can see that the pages are so different each other. Everyone has the Feeling of the team that was designed by.
Even on padlets  we used  padlets which created using the email of the project.  themathinvestigation
