         <description><![CDATA[<div>Although tough to schedule and time intensive, 1 on 1 supports for specific school staff have resulted in more alignment in data systems and more preventative issues (team members at the school more capable of updating information on their own). Example: teaching admins how to manage and edit teacher grades online for reconciling incorrect grades. Emails work to a certain degree, but some changes in practices require more individualized training and support.</div>]]></description>

Provided feedback through iPlan. IMPACT: Build data literacy across schools and make CEP planning and design more practical and useful for all stakeholders. Continue to grow this work in the creation and planning of CEP 2021-2022.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Secured LINCSpring grant and worked with school leaders across all 19 schools to establish a core LINC team (5 members/school) to engage in online professional learning platform to build capacity in core members. Check-in with LINC teams across schools to get feedback around learning and discuss with school leaders how they can grow the work through the learning of the core team members. IMPACT: LINC teams have engaged in at least 2 -3 cycles of learning throughout the year that they can use to improve their pedagogy. School leaders work with LINC teams to think about how the learned strategies can be applied school wide to improve student outcomes.</div>]]></description>
