It is very convenient as it is just a few minutes away from my house . Once you know how to transfer line you can go anywhere you want. I would like to take the MRT as it is a public transport. Public transport saves the earth more than taking cars. On trains ,there are some posters to help save the earth and go green to help people recycle. Recycling is a form of going green to help save the earth. Taking the MRT is not just saving the earth but also cooling which makes more people want to take the MRT. I would also like to try and walk to school so that transports are not needing to be used. But walking can cause accidents like car crashes and so on . It is important to watch out for cars when walking to school or home. Walking to school is also a form of excercise. SBC response: I like the advertisement on the public on how to stop dengue as it can teach people how to prevent mosquito breeding. I think many people have some water that they might forget about and accidentally leave it stagnant. Which might lead to dengue mosquito breeding. I think stopping mosquito breeding is important as some mosquitos might contain the dengue virus which is very dangerous. I also like it as the instructions look clear,and easy to follow. And when people get absorbed in the advertisements, they tend to get distracted and lose focus on what they were ment to do. One recent example that stays etched in my mind was the day I was late for class. That day, while me and my father were waiting at the bus interchange terminal, a KFC advertisement on a van parked by the roadside caught the attention of my eye. I immediately told my father about that and asked him if I could try the new menu listed there that night. My father then began studying the advertisement while I continued pleading him to buy it for me. And as we were absorbed in the advertisement, the bus that we were supposed to take just left us behind. In the end, after my father agreed, but it was already too late, we had to wait for ten minutes again until the next batch of buses would arrive. I ended up being late for my tuition class. Every time the bin is full we will take it to our condominium’s carpark to put them in a big blue bin for things that can be recycled. I think that we can all do our part in trying to recycle, simply by having a recycling bin at home to throw the items that can be recycled in. By doing this, we can all do our part to try and reduce waste and help our planet!

(b) When we recycle, we actually reduce the making of harmful materials and chemicals made and released into the air. This will help the environment and all the living things living in it. We should all try to recycle as much as we can.

(c) I think that the reason why people don’t recycle is that either they don’t know the importance of recycling, or they can’t find enough time to recycle. We can help them by educating them on the importance of recycling and showing them some simple ways on how to recycle, like throwing plastic or glass bottles in recycling bins. This way, more and more people will be informed on the importance of recycling and start to recycle too.

I have seen many advertisements of the newest iPhone. They attreacted me and I really wanted to get it, as it looked so useful and amazing. There was once when I was watching television, and I saw a advertisment about the iPhone. I begged my parents to get it for me, already picturing my birthday present being the iPhone.

I think people want to buy what they see advertised as the add always makes it seem better and more useful than it actually is. For example, I once bought a watch that looked amazing on the advertisment, but when I bought it it did not help at all and I soon had to throw it away.

I like the “save the earth”advertisement on public transport because it encourages people to not be wasteful.For example, people might reuse old clothes when they are too small for them by letting their younger siblings wear them.Once, in school we reused our old clothes by turning it into a tote bag. In conclusion, we should try to play our part in saving the earth.
