Russian people consider them selves as well educated people ,they read alot books are cheap in russia and can buy 5-10 books a month without serious damage in faimly budjet. Theaters are a popular thing in russia and were on the rise during the soviet union tickets were being sold during schools and businesses. During soviet times there was a well developed system of community work and in every group there was a person responsible for sports,education ect. Photographing any military equipment is banned. In russia there is no law that says to protect the LGBT community from discrimination grounds. There are restrictions on certain religious activities and can be subject to significant harassment from authorities. Acess to areas such as the military, you need permision to gain acess to entering the areas. Should carry passport with you at all times. Having no passport with you can result in a fine.
