         <description><![CDATA[<p>Step back : look at what worked well and what didn’t </p><p>Collect use data to get to the top issue e..g family acceptance, social acceptance, Job etc etc </p><p>Do survey with released inmates </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Acceptance: </p><p>-Government to lead by example </p><p>-use government institutes like home and community ministry to drive more awareness </p><ul><li><p>media awareness- CSR funding and government support </p></li></ul><p>Enablement </p><ul><li><p>create alliances not only for job but for training, tech , data and other best practices other organisations can provide </p></li><li><p>Enterp programs to provide funding and mentorship for a start up </p></li></ul>]]></description>
