         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.After doing the assessment I realized that I scored highly on them and that maintaining this level of stress is not healthy and if some big negative event happens it could really impact my health. Also that I may need to cut out stressors in my life or learn how to handle them better.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2.One of my goals is that I would like to take more days, maybe 1 every 2-3 weeks where I can relax and do absolutely nothing so I regain my energy. Next I want to go to bed before midnight every night so I can&nbsp; wake up with more energy and be more productive during the day.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>For yoga/meditation&nbsp; I was able to follow through. The first session was a little difficult as you are just sitting there and being aware of your thoughts for 10 minutes. Having your mind not wander is trouble at times, but in the end it definitely causes you to be more aware of your thoughts and emotions the rest of the day. THis definitely caused me to be more aware of how i feel mentally&nbsp;</li></ol><div>2and3.</div><div>This week I will try to commit an act of kindness one time a day for this week. This helps me towards my&nbsp; value of being respectful and loving towards others.</div><div><br></div><div>4. Some barriers are when people are rude to me as its difficult to be respectful to someone not respecting you, also being lazy as sometimes I might not do these acts simply because it’s not convenient for me.</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
