For example 4.7% of children are employed and 68% of those children are doing child labor, which causes many problems. Seven in every ten children do not go to school. So, Belize is a very uneducated country. After these children grow up, an average of 11.56% will be unemployed. Even the people who are employed will have a high chance of being in poverty. 30%-40% of the population is in poverty. This may all be caused by children who do labor and drop out of school.
