    Imagine what we can learn if we let "grandmas" (or parents, community leaders) in to observe our interactions and give us real feedback about how to improve our interactions? How are we communicating expectations? How are we meeting the needs of students? How can we build a better community of learners? On campus or off campus. How can we teach the "whole" student a skill, passion, habit, or hobby that can enrich their lives? Art, exercise, health, college visits, camping, sports tournament, sewing, coding, gardening, meditation, taxes, cooking, baking, poetry, woodwork, etiquette, be part of  a choir for a week, SAT Prep, origami, you name it.
