I say to focus on the attractive parts and the content of the website

Like the font, color, images or videos.

Make sure it has legit information

To evaluate a website, I have to focus on its title, speed, font, design, organization, navigation, presentation and its grammar. It has to be a pretty website, it must be appropiate based on the information that it is providing.

I need to focus on what bad websites have because if you have the same design or information its bad. A good website should be a website that has reliable information and should be appealing to the eye.

I need to stick to the most appealing features to the eye, like font, background color, the images, and videos. The Content must also be legit and real, also the loading speed of the media in the website.

I need to focus on what you wouldn't like about a website, what bothers people when visiting a website. You have to put those things on the rubric and ask yourself if the website has that or if it doesn't. The small things are usually the most important. Usually if the content isn't such a really important thing, unless the purpose is just ridiculous, but other than that it's usually not really a big part of the website. The more organized the more trustable it usually is, you will never see a page like CNN to have yellow font color and light green as a background. The websites you can't trust are the ones that have those kinds of things.

To develop a rubric to evaluate websites, one must know what a good website is, includes and looks like. The colors must be pretty and the website must be easily navigated through. The content is also a very important thing, you must have trust able content so you can have more people visiting your page.
