The first thing that comes to my mind is those students who struggle with oral production or who are really self-conscious may start feeling targeted or have negative feelings about the new activities since it's going to put them in an uncomfortable position.

Some of the SS are very used to use the book at all times, they sometimes feel that when they don't use it it's like they're not learning at all. So, through a constant implementation of the RC model will help SS to understand that the book it's just a tool to reinforce things learned in class rather than a form of assessing their language development.

I'm thinking about the rubrics, because sometimes there are students how prefer the book's activities, however I think that is a process and we need to help them to get out of the traditional method.

Students confidence when speaking is a challenge, but a priority.

Students used to traditional courses may tend to resist and want to write more or practice more through writing exercises. (With time they will notice benefits on RC model).
