Rinto has message Verni and said that he can not come to work this day ( without telling Llana, Jeje,Murti ). 
1. Verni decided to message Iluh to clean Villa 1 because of Rinto is absent. Iluh said yes she will do it.
2. While Iluh is cleaning Villa 1 halfway trough, there is a text from Llana saying that Ground Staff have to focus on villa 2 because of there is a door project. Then Verni told Iluh to go to Villa 2, however Iluh is  halfway trough cleaning the Villa 1 and has not complete yet, Iluh said let her to finish the Villa 1 then she will help Verni in Villa 2.
3. Verni did not accept that and arrogantly taking a vacuum cleaner which Iluh is still using in Villa 1.
4. Receiving that attitude from Verni, Iluh was upset and can not handle it anymore, she decided to went home.
5. Then Verni text Jeje and Murti saying that Iluh has gone home without permission.
6. Murti followed it up to Iluh and Verni and ask them both to come Next Monday the 28th at 11 to discuss the problem.
7. Iluh decided to resign because she feels insecure continue working with verni in her team. Her husband does not allowed Iluh to come back to school.

The Monday, 28th October.
1. Murti followed up with Verni and Verni has mentioned the above but not 100%.

Actions : Verni is suspended for 1 week from 29 October 2019 - 2November 2019.

Thursday, 31 October
1. Iluh finally come to school and talk to Murti and Jeje. She told us the same story but in addition, Verni was also calling her using threatening word, "if you dont come then you are scared, you are a loser' etc.

Iluh feel insecure if she comes back then Verni or Rinto will do something bad to her.

31 October 2019
Murti and Jeje investigateing this to the other Ground Staff member Eman, Rinto, Pak Dana, but they all did not want to tell the whole story and say bad things about Verni or Iluh.
