     Not yet.  Perhaps later in the year on a case by case basis- 4th grade Chromebooks are not the super durable Spin books that the 5th graders are getting.

Will students need to purchase covers?
     Not at this time, as they are not regularly traveling out of the building
   
Who is responsible if student drops/breaks Chromebook?
The district will repair it.

Are students allowed to download software?
  
Who is managing what sites students visit?
     Lightspeed filter 
What is the expected roll-out date?
     End of Feb/Early March

      No,  Chromebook Spin (with stylus) will go to grades 5 and up.  Perhaps down the road
