Conclusion : It is very useful as it becomes less chaotic. Having a name associated to a document makes it easier to find it and organizing it in folder too. This will especially be useful in the future not only in the work environment but in the future I will probably have more files. Having everything organized will then be useful.

-  Problem solving ; It solves problems as the documents are easier to find.
- Information and data literacy ; the data becomes easier to find due to the organization.

Conclusion: Like with everything, when it is your first time doing something problems always occur. For me the main problems were learning how to use the app, I solved this problem by watching the tutorials provided by Gabriela.

Conclusion: Creating a CV is a great way of giving a lot of information in a clean and organized way. This activity prepares us for the future as we are most likely going to have to elaborate our own professional CV.

This connect to two key pillars; communication as it communicated a lot about you professionally and although there are exceptions it says a lot about you not only professionally but about how you can be as a person. The first part consists of creating a physical mind map about structures. This must be done in a creative way using drawing on a A3 format. The second part consists of digitalising our mind map using Canva. This is done by adding a photo of it and making it interactive.

Conclusion: My conclusion is that we can digitalise about anything and that it can bring many benefits. 

First of all, the interaction adds to the mind map as support and gives the viewer more information about a certain topic.

The second reason is that being digital the mind map can be viewed by way more people and is accessible all over the world. 

The final reason is that it is great for a clumsy person like me that usually loses things. Having a digital version makes sure I do not lose it. 

5 key pillars: This challenge connects to creating digital content as we are creating a digital product based on a physical product create beforehand. The second pillar that connects to the challenge is information and data literacy as the mind map is giving information about sturctures and the interaction provided my technology helps the viewers to understand structure in a better way.

I use google to get information as quickly as possible. Google maps to get to the nearest subway station. Google docs, slides and sheets for academical reasons and etc.

I use Spotify to listen to my favorite tunes.

I also use an app called strong to track my workouts. This app allows you to track your progress helping a gym rat to progressive overload in weight training. 

An other app I use is Netflix, for entertainment reasons.

And last but not least I use many different social media platforms such as Instagram, Whatsapp and Tiktok. There are 5 key pillars that are related to my digitalisation process. 

The first pillar is information and data literacy; This consists of being able to search for information correctly, contrasting to make sure it is correct.

The second pillar is communication: This consists of being able to communicate correctly using digital means. 

The third pillar is creating digital content. This is creating content using digital means always respecting intellectual property.

The fourth pillar is safety. This consists of being safe and protected.

The fifth pillar is problem solving. This is being motivated to solve IT problems.
