Crows could not open their food which was nuts, so they were able to think of a solution to the problem, which was to drop the food onto the road, and let the car tyres break it for the crow to eat. However, even when the car tyres cracked the nut, the crow could not eat as there were too many cars passing by. So, to think of a solution to the problem, the crows stationed themselves at the traffic light junction, so when the car tyres broke the nut, the lights would turn red for the cars and green for the people (and supposedly the crows as well) and the crow could eat its food safely without the cars passing by and the crow risk getting run over by the cars.
