If you don't know what it is, it's a rice dish made up of "broken" rice (cooked rice made of fractured rice grains), pickled daikon and carrots, scallions, fish sauce (or vegan fish sauce!), and some type of protein.

Our goal is to interrogate the imperfect boundaries imposed by the "Asian" identity and label, continually recognize the diversity that exists between Asians, and actively create and maintain solidarity with other marginalized communities. We haven't set meeting times for this semester yet, but I encourage everybody to come to our open dinners :D!
