         <description><![CDATA[<p>Over time, why is observing children in an early childhood education centre important for care givers?</p><p>As an Early Childhood Educator and as Care Giver it is important because you get to watch the children learn and observe what you teach them. Firstly the children get to see what you do and they copy you. Secondly the children tries to do it by themself and if they need help you can help them. Thirdly the children will get the hang of knowing what to do when they understand what to do on paper or learning their ABC’s 123’S, learning vocabulary and doing arts and crafts. In conclusion, it’s important as an Early Childhood Educator and care giver, you let the children learn and observe before heading to elementary school to be prepare at the kindergarten.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Observing in an early childhood centre is important for many reasons.</p><p>Firstly it impacts the child because the child is progressing in its learning and developing in the domains. Secondly it impacts the educator because they can track using their records and see the changes but notice the progress in learnings. Thirdly it impacts the parents/guardians because being away from the child while working or different reasons, they also want to know how the child is learning and see how they progressed in their work at the centre. In conclusion observing in a early childhood centre is important to learn the changes and learning how the child is progressing.</p>]]></description>

(Rosa Lynn)</p><p><br/></p><p>Observing children in an ECE centre is very important for care givers. Firstly, staff need to know the needs of children in their care, it is important to know the needs of a child, especially a child in your ECE centre. Why? Because you need to know the children’s well-being and to boost their confidence by providing appropriate needs, such as; creating healthy habits for their learning, to provide good care, and to support their growth. Secondly, observing children in ECE centres allows staff to get to know the interests, abilities and personalities of children in their care. Thirdly, you need to observe children in order to plan appropriate and engaging activities and to promote learning. In conclusion, it is important to observe children in ECE centres to take notes of skills, information, and success. </p>]]></description>

Secondly, by focusing on positive reinforcement and creating predictable and supportive environment, caregivers can promote positive behaviour and reduce challenging ones. Thirdly, by reflecting on their observations, care givers can identify what works well and what needs to be adjusted to better meet the needs of the children in their care. </p>]]></description>

Thirdly the ECE Care givers knows to about how they learned and how they observing about the new ideas. </p><p>In conclusion, its important for the children to observe in Early Childhood Education Centre from care givers as when they start going to kindergarten so they’ll know what to do in school.</p>]]></description>
