This is very risky because the muscles and joints are having a lot of force put on them due to them balancing in mid air. This is really bad for children so young especially because their muscles aren’t fully developed and this can cause long term injuries.

These are important nutritional elements as each of them give us the energy we need in order to remain active and strong. As you can see, out of all three we need Carbohydrates the most as they provide us with energy. Good carbohydrates include; wholemeal bread, potatoes, pasta and many more.

Video 1 is a music video from 2001. As you can see in this video, the choreography is very basic and doesn't look complex. It isn't particularly difficult to do as a dancer and is also very slow. Video 2 is a music video from 2016 and in this video you can see that choreography is a lot more complex compared to video 1. The choreography in that video looks a lot more complex to video 1 and there is a lot more skill required in order to meet those specific choreographic demands, e.g body popping. The videos have many years between them, and after watching these you can see that over the years choreography has developed. Dancers need to be more versatile in order to do whatever is required by the choreographer.
