I wonder if instead of having separate meetings focused on DEI, if you could build this into the department meetings (~15-20 minutes devoted to some aspect of the ongoing project).  This could lessen the burden of yet another meeting, and also "de-silo" DEI issues by becoming fully integrated into the department business/fabric.  Very nice job!  (T.
