While we don’t know each other very well yet (hopefully more soon!), I’m so glad our paths crossed through this virtual platform. It is truly God’s sovereignty that made this happen, placing us where we are and changing our hearts to desire Him more than ourselves.

I understand VGG may not be the ideal GG out there but it is God’s grace that this platform even exist to serve people like us who can’t make it to physical GG for various reasons.

So I thank God for all that He has provided to grow His church that He cares and loves deeply, such that He would send His Son who is blameless to die for His church despite our tendency to idolatry and self-love.

Let’s continue persevering in faith and love for Gods church, sister 💞

It is been a great few months now since the series on Genesis to get know you in Virtual GG. In the past few months, I praise God to see your growth in VGG, that although you struggled as an introvert, I praise God that you were able to contribute in the GG and I pray that you continue to work and strive towards loving God and His church.

I do hope the love and bond in VGG will grow stronger for us who are in VGG being away from church in our unity of the gospel, as we grow into Christ every week. We missed you during this retreat, but do hope for more opportunities for us to gather for us to encourage, reflect and grow in our bond as brothers and sisters in our Christian lives.

As you grow a year older, I pray your growth in both maturity and membership progress to commit to church. I pray that we continue as VGG to strive together, knowing that wherever we are, continue to put on the good fight, putting on Christ and putting off ourselves to do His ministry virtually and physically that His name be glorified.

Can’t believe we have known each other for almost 2 years le. It’s has been a privilege to be God’s people as He has shown us mercy and grace in calling us in our life to gather as one body in CERC.

It has been encouraging to witness your transformation and growth in the Lord’s knowledge and your conviction in the faith so far. From the time when LiYin first brought you to Geddit until now, you are a totally changed person for Christ! Praise God for his good work on you, I have seen your growth from hating God in the past to now loving him unconditionally in putting yourself out of your comfort zone to love and care for the people of God that you have yet to know in life whether in GG or in church. (I still rmb the time we always fist-bumping each other when we met in church :P)

I pray that you will continue to be a blessing in CERC, as you continue to learn and grow with us, may you also continue to reflect and align your life in Christ, so that individually may all of us present our life as living sacrifice and a pleasing aroma to our Holy God. Let us continue to strive hard and persevering in Jesus as our savior and Christ! Looking forward to continue serve along side with you in CERC as member one day!

It's been a great few months knowing you through VGG and glad to have met you in person for the first time during the VGG retreat. Its encouraging to see you being so committed to VGG, sharing your struggles especially during reflection and most importantly starting a new culture to prep for GG which urges others to prepare before attending GG as well. It's also nice to see you breaking the silence during the discussions to share your answers and contribute when needed despite with your struggle of being and introvert. I hope that we could know each other more to spur one another in love. I also pray that we would continue to preserve in faith and grow together in Christ to build up his church and his kingdom ❤️💕

My hope and wish for you is that you will grow in your love and care for VGG, as it serves as a testing ground for us on whether our love has been vertical.

Be horizontally vertical as it's shown in the Exodus law paradigmatically, and not the other way round where idol worshippers are only vertically horizontal. If you live for man's approval, you will die by it. Life is only found in the Lord, so fix your eyes on Christ ya, and work on building theological muscles! Do not be carried away by work performance nor do things for eye service, for our LORD GOD deserves all our worship exclusively.

Funny memory I had was when falling asleep in VGG and we were reflecting about something we would be willing to go 10 rounds for, and you said your dog and that just WOKE ME UP AND shook me to my core hahaah, i was very grateful hearing what God has done in your life.

But thanks be to God for being gracious to both of us and also everyone in VGG. We are now children of God, our hearts of stone exchanged with a heart of flesh that can and will love our God YHWH. With that and with everything we’ve learnt in the Genesis-Exodus series, that despite the hardship of being virtual (which is the case for most of our GG) has revealed Himself through His Son to us.

Praying that this constant reminder of the oneness in Christ would push both of us to love and to serve the church, in trying to love virtual GG even when it is significantly harder.

Hoping as you mature numerically, you would also mature in being what God has created you to be.
