Delia Weber was a teacher, poet, film actress, activist and artist. She studied arts with Adoflo Obregon and Celeste Woss y Gil. She also helped gain Civil and Political rights for women. She express the world around her, like flowers, her students and life.

She was an artist and a teacher. She taught some of the most well known native artists of the 20th Century. Her father was a two-time former president, Alejandro Woss y Gill. She put on a solo exhibit of her work, Being the first to do so in the country. She also took part in founding an art school along with other artists. She would also teach in the courtyard of her home. She would often paint women, portraits, and scenes of Dominican pictorial life.
