On these pages you should have watercolour studies of an object, pencil studies , pen studies, oil pastel and chalk pastel and colour pencil.

Two pages of either an imaginative composition or poster (exact same process as still life just imaginative composition or poster layout)

And full page of either a sample imaginative composition or poster.

EXAMPLE - I went with the theme makers and shapers and chose and apple, wooden spoon and whisk.

Page 1 is a few sketches in pencil of an apple, looked at from different angles (two of these sketches are detailed)

Page 1 also includes pen studies of the apple cut open in black ink, green ink and red ink , two of these pen drawings are detailed.

Page 2 I looked at the wooden spoon in oil pastel and chalk pastel (all different angles, some zoomed up of spoon)

Page 3 I looked at the apple again in watercolour, focused on the seeds and the stem as I liked looking at these areas when looking at it with pencil. I filled this page with colour pencil studies of the spoon also.

Next two pages are still life process (refer to example beside this column) and a full page of a sample still life of a spoon and apple in watercolour and oil pastel as they are my favourite mediums to work with.

The next two pages I wanted to choose the poster, so I went about two different layouts with different poster samples with different headings (one being a bake sale and the other being a cook book cover) and my final poster samples (on one page after the two page process) is a bake sale poster in watercolour and colour pencil.
