This model fits great into our high school as we transition into individualized personal learning. We have been looking for a model that would best benefit the students. After reading and researching this model it meets all the steps for a individualized personal learning classroom. "This principle provides the participants with autonomy and the right amount of structure needed to complete the program." ("4Door™ eLearning Approach — The Thiagi Group," n.d.) As the program develops this is the ideal model.
