<title>Kia ora my name is Jo Massey. I have planned a family holiday to Fiji at the end of October with the two sisters and their families (6 adults and 3 children). I am a a big to do list person so i wrote down everything that needed to be done prior to going ahead and booking, especially given the new environment of covid and having to make sure that i had links etc for the family to complete the covid information and booking for tests to be completed in Fiji within 72 hours of arriving, from here it was bookign the tickets, accommodation, transport to and from etc. In the end once i ticked of to do list it was then as simple as sending the family an email with all the information including dates, timings, links for paperwork etc. As of today we are all organised everything is booked and now we are just counting down the days. I also had to work in what needs to be completed for this course as i am away for a week of it so had to make sure that i wasnt missing any submission deadlines (thank goodness not due till a week later, so i am also planning to get ahead in this are so i am on track). </title>
