1. Apply glue to the plug.

We put the plug in the hole of the CD and wait for it to dry.

3. When it has dried, we put the balloon in the spout of the cap (it has to be raised).

4. We close it with adhesive tape.

5. Inflate the balloon and put it on the floor.

When we put this toy on the ground it starts up because the air coming out of the balloon exerts a pressure on the surface of the ground and because of the counterweight of the CD, it stays flush with the ground and slides along it. This creates an air cushion that allows it to move on any horizontal and linear surface.
