         <description><![CDATA[<div>by Kelsey<br><br>Research Question:<br>Can we create a GMO apple that will be able to contain the same or more nutrients than the original organic apples?<br>Argument:&nbsp;<br>People around the world loves the new GMO apple. It's more crunchy and juicy. But the problem is, it contains less nutrients than the organic apple, thus meaning people have to eat more  to get the certain nutrients. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>By Jacob and Mr. Sostak<br><br><strong>Research Question:</strong>  <br>How can CRISPER edit T-cells to stimulate the genesis of CAR proteins in order to detect and destroy lung cancer cells?<br><br><strong>Argument:<br></strong>Ultimately, this could be a breakthrough for curing/defeating lung cancer.  Studies have shown that elevated levels of the CAR protein has an positive effect on the destruction of cancer cells.  <br><br>Lung cancer, one of the deadliest and common forms of cancer, is a crucial cancer to cure.  <br><br>Research also shows that CRISPER edited T-cells do not stop attacking cancer cells at the same rate as regular T-cells.  </div>]]></description>

Although a lot of stem cells would be lost in futile tests, successful testing might lengthen the lifespan of patients with muscular dystrophy.</div>]]></description>
